Second batch I tried and added a small partial mash before the boil. This one turned out great as well. I'll probably add this back into the mix for a nice fall beer.

Very good, nutty, good flavor, smooth finish. Slightly dry, but real drinkable.
Worth waiting until 8 weeks in the bottle, ends up real smooth and a slightly dry finish.
